Growing Old Gracefully Can Be A Rough Trail...

Hey, It's Robert...

I've served in the military as a commissioned officer, spent a few years in industry as a computer programmer, and survived a couple decades in academia teaching college kids how to think, AKA program computers. ;-)


My favorite things today still include swimming, biking, running, golfing, skiing, hiking, and throwing on a backpack to spend several days with friends, kids, and/or grandkids in the high Uinta mountains of northeastern Utah or the red-rock canyons of southern Utah! If it includes fishing, that's a BONUS!


But after leaving academia, I knew I had to retire to something more...


I didn't want to end up "fat and dead" in 5 years like so many of my generation who struggle with the "rough trail" stresses of post-retirement life.


My life since retirement has taught me that focusing on our mental fitness not only enables us to sustain an active lifestyle, but it also empowers us to live life to its fullest, grow old gracefully, and leave a lasting legacy for generations to follow!


So now it's now time for me to embark on a new trail that combines a passion for adventure with an unwavering belief in the life-altering role of mental fitness.


And I'd love to have you join me on this continued journey of exploration and empowerment!
